Product overview

Product overview and technical properties.

BIOGO-D is a two-component, chemical-reaction-curing waterproof coating. Part A is an isocyanate prepolymer produced from polyether and isocyanate, while Part B is a colored liquid formulated with plasticizer, curing agent, thickener, coagulant and filler. After the two parts are mixed uniformly and brushed or sprayed onto the prepared substrate, they crosslink at ambient temperature to form a rubber-like elastic waterproof membrane.

Product features

Performance and advantages

Good elasticity, high tensile strength and high adaptability to substrate cracking

Forms a compact coating film without pinholes or bubbles

Strong adhesion to concrete, timber, glass and metal substrates

Cold-applied by brush or spray after the two components are thoroughly mixed

Resistant to water, chemical corrosion, mold and low temperatures after curing

Local damage can be repaired without replacing the complete waterproofing layer

Typical application areas

Where this product fits

01

Non-exposed roofs and underground engineering

02

Bathrooms, balconies, water pools and parking lots

03

High-speed railways, elevated bridges and expressways

04

Civil, industrial and municipal works, metros, dams and complex pipe details

Transport and Storage

01

Protect the storage area from sunlight and rain, keep it well ventilated and away from fire.

02

Store at 5–40°C.

03

Shelf life is 1 year from the production date under normal transport and storage conditions.

Suitability depends on substrate condition, exposure, climate, detailing, film build and the approved project system. Complete a representative adhesion and compatibility trial before full application.
