SRC spray rapid-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating uses anionic modified emulsified asphalt and high-molecular polymer latex as Component A and a demulsifier as Component B. During spray application, the two components combine instantly to form a waterproof, anti-corrosion and anti-seepage membrane. The cured coating combines the elasticity of rubber with the viscosity of asphalt, bonds well to damp concrete substrates and provides excellent aging resistance.

Transport and Storage

The product is nonflammable and nonexplosive and may be transported as general cargo.

Protect from freezing in winter; do not store below 0°C.

Avoid sunlight and rain in summer and store at 5–40°C.

Shelf life is 10 months; stir Component A after extended storage before use.

Suitability depends on substrate condition, exposure, climate, detailing, film build and the approved project system. Complete a representative adhesion and compatibility trial before full application.
