Vapor-Permeable Polymer Cement Waterproof Coating is a two-component, water-based waterproof coating made from polymer emulsion and cement as the main raw materials, with selected pigments, graded fillers and functional additives. The film forms through water evaporation and cement curing, preventing external water from seeping in while allowing internal water vapor to escape. This helps prevent wall leakage, peeling and mildew while providing combined waterproofing and vapor-permeability protection for exterior walls.

Transport and Storage
The product is nonflammable, nonexplosive and may be transported as ordinary cargo.
During transport, protect from sunlight, rain, freezing, compression and collision; keep the packaging intact.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight at 5–35°C.
Shelf life is 6 months; after this period, use only after passing re-inspection.
Suitability depends on substrate condition, exposure, climate, detailing, film build and the approved project system. Complete a representative adhesion and compatibility trial before full application.
